Team 7: The Heart of the Story
Almost the entire plot rests on Team 7 under the leadership of Kakashi Hatake. Its three students go from inept genin to figures who determine the fate of the entire shinobi world.

The shinobi world is divided among the Great Hidden Villages, and each has its own Kage and its own heroes.

Often, what matters is not where a character is from, but who they fight for.
**Akatsuki** is an organization of S-rank criminals: Itachi, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori, Hidan, Konan and Zetsu under the leadership of Nagato and Obito.
