Description

Choking Bubble Technique - a ninjutsu in which Utakata blows out through a tube many soap bubbles of different sizes. Then one of the bubbles covers the target's head, filling with water, depriving it of air and causing suffocation. The user controls the bubbles so as to precisely catch the opponent's head, leaving him helpless until the bubble pops or the target manages to free itself, or until the target drowns.
