Soap Bubble Ninjutsu is a combat style based on creating and controlling soap bubbles with the help of a special pipe. Utakata uses this technique for a wide variety of purposes: from attacking with explosive bubbles, which he controls and detonates on command, to defense and movement. It has been shown that he can float inside bubbles for movement, catch enemies in bubbles and fill them with water to drown them. The bubbles can be filled with various substances - blinding powder, smoke, acid or sticky slime, which makes the style very flexible. Utakata also knows how to mix bubbles with acid to enhance the attack. This is a whole system of ninjutsu belonging to the water element.
