Amenominaka is a space-time technique available only to Kaguya Otsutsuki through her Rinne Sharingan. The user does not move to the target, but replaces the surrounding world with one of their personal dimensions. Everyone who is near the user at that moment ends up in the new place together with them.
Unlike most teleportation techniques, here it is not the user who moves to the destination, but the space around them that is replaced. Such a large-scale transfer requires a colossal amount of chakra. Only Kaguya is capable of this, but even she grows tired with frequent use due to the colossal chakra expenditure.
To an outside observer, the user and everyone around simply disappear from the former dimension, leaving no traces of chakra. Those caught by the technique retain their position relative to each other: if someone was approaching the user in the old world, they will continue to approach in the new one.
