Description

Toad Oil Shot - a ninjutsu in which the user converts chakra into extremely sticky oil and spits it out either as one large mass or as a volley of small projectiles. Those hit by the oil can barely move, and washing it off with ordinary water is not easy. If a Fire Style technique is applied immediately afterward, the target is instantly engulfed in flames.
