Description

Water Prison Technique of the Watery Bubble — a hidden ninjutsu of the Hozuki clan, made possible by the Hydration Technique. Suigetsu Hozuki liquefies part of his body and directs the resulting water mass onto the opponent's head. The water tightly envelops the face and blocks air access. With short-term exposure, the target loses consciousness from suffocation, and if the hold is prolonged, death occurs.
