Wind Release: Rasenshuriken is the most powerful evolution of the Rasengan technique, developed by Naruto Uzumaki under the guidance of Kakashi Hatake and Yamato. This technique represents a unique combination of the basic Rasengan with the nature transformation of wind chakra, turning it into one of the most destructive ninjutsu in the shinobi arsenal.

Unlike the regular Rasengan, which exists as a sphere of raw chakra, Rasenshuriken acquires a distinct form of a giant shuriken with four blades, intensely rotating around the central sphere. Upon activation, the technique is created directly in the user's palm and emits a characteristic sound, similar to the buzzing of many bees. Visually, Rasenshuriken appears as a glowing energy weapon of bluish-white color, capable of illuminating the surroundings even in daylight.

Initially developed as a close-combat technique, Rasenshuriken possesses catastrophic destructive power, affecting the target at the cellular level. Microscopic blades of wind chakra penetrate the opponent's body, destroying chakra meridians and inflicting irreparable damage to internal organs. However, early versions of the technique had a significant drawback: when applied in contact, the chakra vortex damaged the user's own hand, making it a double-edged weapon.

The improvement of Rasenshuriken proceeded in several stages. Initially, Naruto could use it only in Sage Mode, which allowed him to safely throw the technique at a distance, turning it into a long-range weapon. Later, after mastering control over the Nine-Tails Fox, Naruto learned to create Rasenshuriken in his normal state and even control its trajectory after throwing. The culmination of the technique's development was the ability to create multiple variants of Rasenshuriken simultaneously thanks to the Nine-Tails' chakra.

In battle, Rasenshuriken demonstrates exceptional effectiveness against various types of opponents. The technique can destroy absorption bodies, break through high-level defensive barriers, and neutralize even resurrected shinobi with invulnerable bodies. Upon collision with the target, Rasenshuriken creates an explosive wave capable of hitting multiple objects simultaneously, making it effective against groups of enemies.

The technique does not require hand seals, ensuring instant application in critical situations. However, creating Rasenshuriken requires exceptional concentration and large chakra reserves corresponding to S-rank. Only ninjas with colossal energy reserves and fine control over wind release can master this ninjutsu to the fullest. Minato Namikaze, the creator of the original Rasengan, never managed to add nature transformation to his invention, which underscores the difficulty and uniqueness of Naruto's achievement.
