Description

The Four Black Mist Formation is a joint barrier fuinjutsu used by the members of the Sound Four. To perform it, the four stand on four sides of the target and activate the technique simultaneously. A dark, dense mist gathers in the air above the target, descends, and envelops it, forming a powerful barrier that cuts off everything inside from the outside world, including even death. This technique is used to neutralize the lethal effect of the Mind Awakening Pill, which is taken to advance the cursed seal to the second level. If necessary, the barrier can be held in a confined space, such as a barrel, using the Dark Sealing Method.
