Mysterious Peacock Method: Chakra Devouring

This is one of the forms of the Mysterious Peacock Method, connected with the absorption of another's energy. The user, who already possesses feathers from the chakra, chooses an ally who has also undergone the Star Trainings and takes the star chakra from him. Likewise, he can take chakra from an opponent if the latter has no strength to resist the user. The taken energy does not dissipate but is absorbed and strengthens the user's own chakra. Thus one can quickly build up power, but at the expense of another shinobi.
