Mysterious Peacock Method: Ensnaring Rope

This is one of the combat forms of the Mysterious Peacock Method. The user already has purple feathers from the chakra behind his back, and in this variant he transforms them into long, flexible ropes. Such ropes shoot out toward the target, wrap around it, and constrict. The rope is quite thick, no less than the thickness of a human arm, and with a very dense chakra. The main purpose is to entangle the opponent and strangle him. The capture happens quickly, and escaping from the chakra bonds is rather difficult.
