Clay Explosion Dolls - Deidara's technique in which he releases a lump of liquid explosive clay from both hands and shapes it into crude humanoid figures. These figures, controlled via a clay cable, engage the opponent in close combat. Their bodies are built so that limbs can extend, and ordinary sword strikes do not cut them; however, a doll can be sliced if the weapon is charged with lightning. If a figure loses part of its body, Deidara can attach a clay cord to it and mold a new figure. Since the dolls are made of explosive clay, he can detonate them at any moment, right in the middle of the fight.
