C4 - the Explosive Clay technique created by Deidara specifically to counter the Sharingan and its genjutsu. In the main variant, he uses his own mouth to create a giant clay doll in his own likeness. When this doll bursts, a cloud of microscopic bombs is released into the air. Whoever inhales them lets the bombs into their bloodstream. On Deidara's command, the micro-bombs detonate, and the victim's body is destroyed at the cellular level, literally crumbling to dust.

Against Onoki, Deidara used a different method: using the mouths on his palms, he shaped a small clay figurine in the form of himself, which worked on the same principle.
