Silent Killing is a combat style that allows eliminating an opponent without a single sound. The user strikes vital points, usually from behind, using a blade. The movements are so quiet that the attack cannot be anticipated or parried. Most often the victim's throat is cut so that they have no time to scream. For stealth, some shinobi create mist, depriving the enemy of visibility, and attack from cover. Masters of this style are capable of killing so quickly that the victim dies without realizing what happened. They can also locate targets by sound alone and fight even with their eyes closed. The technique does not require chakra or hand seals, it is a purely physical skill brought to perfection.
