White Zetsu earned the nickname Chatterbox not by accident — he constantly talked, joked, and teased everyone around, including his own partner. His cheerful and carefree nature made him the only truly cheerful member of Akatsuki. He sincerely attached himself to his comrades, regretted Deidara's death, and called Tobi a good guy when Black doubted. Even Obito, whom White initially annoyed, eventually became his friend. White believed that the Eye of the Moon plan would bring benefit to humanity and saw no evil in helping Obito without Madara's permission. Despite his talkativeness, he remained exceptionally loyal and obedient, never questioning orders. In battle he preferred to stay in the rear, himself admitting he was not made for the front lines. His curiosity often took over: he eagerly examined Sasori's real body and looked forward to interesting fights. White could imitate others' manners and personalities so precisely that he sowed paranoia in entire armies. Despite his outward frivolity, he was entrusted with the most important spy missions, and he never failed.
