Toroi

Toroi wields the Magnetism Element — a kekkei genkai combining the Wind and Earth elements. His technique consists of magnetizing metallic weapons. After any magnetized object hits a target, including a shuriken, a magnetic field forms around it, attracting other metallic projectiles. This greatly increases the probability of hitting and allows for a barrage of attacks with high accuracy. He also possesses a sealing technique, with which he instantly retrieves new shuriken from a scroll. He does not use other elemental attacks or hand seals, relying entirely on magnetism and thrown weapons.
