The Fourth Raikage considers her one of the most valuable and reliable jonin, fully trusting her with even the most responsible missions. She possesses immense self-control and is able to restrain her emotions, even when provocation is almost inevitable. Her favorite word is "cool," and she says it so often that it has become her "soul word." However, in battle with the brothers Kinkaku and Ginkaku, she managed not to say it even once, showing incredible restraint. Samui does not react to Omoi's jabs about her appearance, remaining aloof and imperturbable. Her face almost always maintains a stoic expression, behind which her thoughts are hard to read. She treats subordinates evenly, not allowing familiarity, but also without excessive strictness. Despite her silence, she does not hesitate when action is required, and is able to quickly assess the situation.
