Mizuki

In public, Mizuki wore the mask of a benevolent and gentle mentor who was supposedly always ready to help. In reality, he was a duplicitous, envious, and deeply selfish person. Others' successes, especially Iruka's, aroused burning jealousy in him. He hated being looked down upon, but himself enjoyed the opportunity to humiliate those weaker than him. He felt a particular disgust toward Naruto, considering him not a person but merely the Nine-Tailed Fox. For personal gain, he lied, manipulated, and framed innocent people without hesitation. Even his childhood friendship with Iruka turned out to be nothing but pretense, needed only to feel superior. He despised moral principles and team spirit, considering them an unnecessary burden. His ambitions extended so far that he decided to betray his own village and become a follower of Orochimaru. He was not a coward, but his bravery stemmed from despair and malice. Having revealed his true nature, he no longer hid his sadistic tendencies, eagerly anticipating the agonizing death of his enemies. Fate dealt him a crushing blow when the very one he considered "trash" brought him to ruin.
