Weather Control is a hidden ninjutsu wielded by Yota and his clan. This ability allows changing the weather around oneself regardless of natural conditions. Yota can create rain, snow, lightning, wind, and even sunlight, turning them into weapons or defense. He controls the range and direction of each effect and can also use several at once. The technique's effect is not limited to open terrain: Yota is able to use it even in relatively enclosed spaces.
Rain can fall lightly or heavily, striking a single target. Such rain drains chakra and life force from the opponent, bringing sorrow. From water Yota forms powerful compressed streams of water for blocking, holding, or crushing an opponent, as well as large bubbles that hit with great force. He turns snow into a strong blizzard, freezing everything around almost instantly. Yota's lightning is purple and fast; it can strike from any direction and follow the target. A hit is fatal, and should he wish, Yota can completely destroy the target, even if that target is himself. With a whistle he controls the wind: he creates concentrated tornadoes or several whirlwinds that cut and wound. His wind is strong enough to touch Naruto in the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. He does not use sunlight for battle, but flowers quickly bloom around him.
