Description

Lightning Dragon Tornado - a ninjutsu and kenjutsu used by Raiga Kurosuki. The user attracts lightning to their own body, accumulating an electric charge within and around themselves. They then begin to spin in place, forming a vortex of wind and electricity. This vortex takes on the shape of a dragon's head and spreads to the area in front of the user. The attack falls upon the enemy and captures them in the vortex, causing agonizing pain and attacking them with electricity. Even if there is no direct hit, the lightning is capable of leaping from the vortex to a nearby target.
