Body Flicker Technique

Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement ninjutsu. The user briefly activates the body with chakra, which allows for swift bursts over short and long distances. From the outside, it looks like an instant disappearance and reappearance at another point, resembling teleportation, although in reality it is precisely fast movement. The amount of chakra expended depends on the distance and elevation difference to the target. It is often used with a distracting cloud of smoke, sand, ink, or fog - different villages have their own variants, such as Sand Flicker, Leaf Flicker, or Water Flicker. Shisui Uchiha, famed as "Shisui of the Body Flicker," vanished without a trace; the Third Raikage in motion resembled a flash of lightning, while the Fourth Raikage combined this technique with Lightning Chakra Mode, which allowed him to evade even Amaterasu.
