Description

Telescope Technique is a ninjutsu that allows the user, by looking into a crystal ball, to see what any person whose chakra signature they know is currently doing. Observation can be conducted from any location, regardless of distance and obstacles, which makes the technique an excellent means of gathering information. The Third Hokage used it to watch over the residents of Konoha and maintain order in the village.
