Completed Susanoo is the absolute ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan and the final form of Susanoo, achieved by the complete stabilization of the chakra of which it is composed. It is a colossal humanoid armor, clad in rich robes and samurai armor, with the visage of a long-nosed tengu. Two pairs of arms - the second pair on the back is capable of transforming into wings, granting flight. Its size is comparable to the tailed beasts, and its destructive power allows it to level mountain peaks to the ground.
The user either hovers inside the head of the giant, controlling the avatar, and is capable of channeling their own techniques through it, enhancing them to a far greater level. The defense becomes almost impenetrable - it can only be pierced by the highest senjutsu, enhanced Six Paths techniques, or vacuum attacks of divine level. Rinnegan wielders can shield themselves with Susanoo's wings to reflect the light of the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Sasuke Uchiha turned his Completed Susanoo into a vessel for the chakra of all nine tailed beasts, creating the Indra form and gaining enormous lightning arrows capable of opposing Tailed Beast Bombs.
