Each such ball flies toward the target at high speed and deals serious damage on impact, and the power of the destructive effect depends directly on the amount of chakra invested in it: the more energy was expended, the more tangible the result.
The technique is universal in range and equally effective both in close combat and at long distance, which makes it a convenient tool in a wide variety of situations. To activate it, a single hand seal is enough — the Tiger, so with proper preparation the release of the projectiles occurs very quickly.
Worthy of separate mention is the use of the technique by Gamabunta: being summoned as the toad boss, he creates especially large water balls. In addition, Gamabunta fires them while in the air — gravity additionally accelerates the projectiles, increasing their speed and lethality.
