Description

Small Rasenshuriken is a reduced, but still formidable version of the Rasenshuriken. While in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Naruto forms two small hands made of chakra on his index finger, using them to create a miniature shuriken. Inferior to the full version in destructive power, this technique remains very dangerous: its blades easily cut through the enemy's body, for example, the limb of a merged White Zetsu clone. The technique belongs to kinjutsu and requires access to the Nine-Tails' chakra.
