Description

The technique creates a huge hurricane engulfed in flames if used in conjunction with a fire technique. The user creates a stream of air that breaks up into several small whirlwinds. These whirlwinds then combine with the fire technique, which traces a circle at the very ground. The interaction of wind and flame creates a burning tornado.
