Element of Lightning: Thunder Binding

Lightning Release: Thunder Bind - a barrier ninjutsu that creates a three-sided electric cage. To activate it, you need to stick three conductors into the ground, which set the angles of the barrier. When the target is inside, any touch of the wall shocks them with electricity. The barrier can only be destroyed by a powerful attack from outside on one of the walls - after that, the rest will shut off too. (Or jump out, or break the ground at the base of any of the conductors...)
