Description

Secret Technique: Blinding Scale Powder - a hidden ninjutsu used by Fuu. The user exhales a large amount of fine powder which, thanks to its luminous nature, shines so brightly that it temporarily blinds several targets caught in the area of effect. This brief blindness is used by the user himself or his allies for a sudden attack while the opponent has not yet recovered his vision. The effectiveness of the technique can be negated if the target's eyes are protected or if it relies on sensory abilities instead of sight.
