Ultra Big Ball Rasengan

Ultra Big Ball Rasengan (超大玉螺旋丸, *Chō:damā Rasengan*) is the most powerful variation of the classic A-rank Rasengan technique, representing a significantly enlarged version of the original chakra sphere.

Unlike the basic Rasengan, this technique requires the user to create several times more chakra, reaching the size of a gigantic sphere. The formation process remains identical to the standard Rasengan—concentration of chakra in the palm while simultaneously giving it a spherical shape and ultra-fast rotation, however, the scale of the applied energy increases exponentially.

The distinctive feature of Ultra Big Ball Rasengan is its colossal destructive power. The technique is capable of inflicting destruction on the scale of a mountain, destroying large structures and exerting an overwhelming influence on opponents of any level. Jiraiya demonstrated that the technique can be further enhanced by applying senjutsu chakra—in this form it is capable of destroying an entire mountain, making it one of the most powerful non-directional attack techniques in the shinobi arsenal.

Like the parent technique, Ultra Big Ball Rasengan does not require the performance of hand seals, allowing its use in quick skirmishes and combinations. However, due to the significant size of the sphere, its application is limited exclusively to close combat and requires a greater preparatory phase for concentrating the necessary volume of chakra.

The main users of this destructive technique are Naruto Uzumaki and his mentor Jiraiya. Naruto often used Ultra Big Ball Rasengan in combination with shadow clones to enhance effectiveness, while Jiraiya applied it in hermit mode with additional enhancement by senjutsu chakra.
