Description

Weapon Manipulation: Binding Meteor - a technique in which Tenten summons a manriki-gusari from a scroll and uses it to bind the opponent. The chain weapon wraps around the target's legs, causing them to trip and fall. While the opponent is immobilized, Tenten unleashes a hail of throwing weapons from the same scroll, and then forcefully slams the target to the ground using the manriki-gusari.
