Shadow Clones

Shadow Clones are a hidden ninjutsu of the Nara clan, based on their ability to control shadow. The user creates several material copies from their own shadow, which act like ordinary clones. When taking damage, such a clone does not disappear in a puff of smoke, but breaks apart into a shadow that quickly dissipates. This makes them useful for distraction, attacks, and reconnaissance, while maintaining stealth. Like other cloning techniques, several of these clones can be created at the same time.
