Chakra Needle

Chakra Needle - a ninjutsu in which the user releases a needle made of chakra from their fingertips. Such a needle always hits its target. Depending on the settings, it can revive, paralyze, or kill those affected who have already been struck by the technique. The user is able to release several needles from each finger simultaneously and change their trajectory after firing.
