Description

The user acts together with the Shell King. After four seals, the King opens the shell and releases mist. Anyone who ends up in this mist falls under genjutsu. Inside the illusion, the King's tongue touches the victim until they become numb. Gradually fear engulfs the captive, and over time this leads to a mental breakdown. The power of the technique is not constant: the surrounding environment can strengthen it.
