Dynamic Mark is a technique of the ninken Akamaru. He spins in the air and releases urine, spraying it over a wide area. If the urine hits an opponent, it disorients them and causes embarrassment, and if it gets into the eyes, it temporarily blinds them until they wash it out. This technique is useful for another reason: the ninken and his partner from the Inuzuka clan easily track the scent of the urine, so they can find anyone they marked, wherever they may be. This is necessary for the Fang over Fang technique, in which fighters move so fast that they cannot see the direction and must rely on the scent to find their target. Akamaru is well-versed in this technique, having honed his accuracy during training with Kiba Inuzuka.
