Spider Web Aegis is a hidden ninjutsu used by Kidomaru. He spreads a network of tactile spider-silk threads across an area. Kidomaru constantly channels his chakra through them, thanks to which he feels any touch on the threads, even picking up weak air vibrations. The threads look like ordinary spider webs, so they are almost impossible to notice, which makes the technique a reliable early warning system for an approaching enemy. Kidomaru uses it while the Sound Four rest so they are not caught off guard. The threads are stronger than wire, so they can also be used to pull in those who have touched them.
