His spiritual generosity and willingness to help have made him a favorite among the younger members of the clan, especially such gifted children as Itachi, for whom Shisui becomes a mentor and elder brother. He sincerely believes in the ideals of Konoha and sees his purpose in protecting the village regardless of personal ambitions or clan interests.
Despite his gentleness, Shisui possesses a steely will and the ability to make difficult decisions where others would falter. His peaceful nature does not prevent him from being decisive and uncompromising when it comes to the safety of loved ones. Fire Release Techniques (Katon)

This method allows him to move over enormous distances with incredible speed, virtually instantly disappearing and appearing at a new point. Unlike ordinary shurikenjutsu or body flicker, Shisui's technique operates on the level of spatial displacement, making him one of the fastest shinobi of his generation. He uses this technique both for attack and evasion, forcing the opponent to lose sight of him.
Yin Release Techniques (Inton)
Shisui possesses the ability to use Yin techniques, which is connected to his genius in the field of genjutsu. These techniques allow manipulation of physical form and energy, creating barriers or enhancing other techniques. Combining Yin with his visual abilities makes Shisui's genjutsu particularly dangerous even for experienced opponents.
Tactical Application
In battle, the twelve-year-old Shisui demonstrates a mature approach to using ninjutsu. He prefers quick, decisive combined attacks, using shunshin to close in on the opponent and strike with a fire technique.
