Adult Sasuke is a person who has gone through betrayal, loneliness, and remorse, yet managed to maintain clarity of mind and a firm will. He is no longer obsessed with revenge and does not hide behind a mask of indifference: in his rare smiles one hears sincerity, and his gaze has softened, though it continues to assess each interlocutor with the characteristic Uchiha perceptiveness. Sasuke remains somewhat laconic, preferring actions to words, but now he can express his thoughts calmly and to the point, without harsh sarcasm. He values personal space, does not tolerate empty arguments or lies, but is willing to listen to arguments if he sees logic in them. In battle, he maintains cold calculation and lightning-fast reflexes, but no longer allows emotions to overwhelm his mind: each step is thought out, each technique subordinated to the goal of protecting, not destroying. Sasuke still proudly bears the cursed seal and the great eyes of his clan, but now he uses them not for power's sake, but for the balance of the world in which both the children of Konoha and representatives of other villages can live.
