Mitarashi Anko

Anko is a hot-tempered, fearless, and blunt kunoichi, whom even Sakura compares to Naruto in terms of restlessness and impulsiveness. She does not tolerate embellishments and prefers to speak the truth straight to the face, no matter how bitter it may be. Having been a former student of Orochimaru, she adopted some of his cruelty and sadistic tendencies, but at the same time directed them against him himself. Anko is extremely proud and confident in her abilities, often taking on dangerous missions alone, considering herself the only one who has the right to stop her former sensei. She may seem carefree and even childish, especially when it comes to her favorite dango, but in a combat situation she turns into a focused and dangerous opponent. Despite her outward sharpness, she is capable of compassion and support, especially toward those who, like herself, have experienced betrayal or loneliness. Shame for her past and resentment toward Orochimaru, who erased her memory, have long driven her actions.
